Conference deck
Private deck with presentation screens, lapel mics, whiteboards and harbour-view break rooms. Wi-Fi is dedicated, not shared with passengers.

Custom felt, trophy, chip sets and leaderboard graphics carrying your company identity. Photos for internal comms included.
Coached play
Beginners get a thirty-minute learn-to-play clinic before cards go up. Nobody sits out because they have never held chips.
Client hosting
Invite key accounts as your guests. We manage their arrival, seating and dietary requirements to your standard.

Optional workshop blocks where our facilitator links table dynamics back to negotiation, risk and team behaviour.

Delegates arrive to a set conference deck. Your speakers present with the Coral Sea behind them.
Deal the finale
The floor converts in forty minutes. Teams play a company tournament, and the trophy is presented over dinner.
We stopped doing hotel conference rooms three years ago. The poker summit costs about the same and our people still bring it up unasked.
How the night unfolds on board
Every sailing is choreographed around the tables. Times shift slightly with the season and the vessel, but the rhythm below is the one our guests know well.
09:00: boarding and arrival coffee
Delegates embark, settle into the conference deck and open with coffee service over the water.
09:30 to 13:00: conference block
Your agenda runs with full AV support. We cater a working lunch without breaking the sessions.
14:00: workshops or reef transfer
Choose facilitated debrief workshops or a glass-bottom boat transfer to the reef while the floor is reset.
16:30 to 19:30: company tournament
Learn-to-play clinic, then a full tournament with branded felt. Dinner and trophy presentation close the charter.

Evening tournament only

Full summit charter
