Full Ship Casino Charter
Every deck, every table, every stateroom for your guest list alone. Product launches, major fundraisers and milestone events up to 350 guests with the whole liner styled to your brief.
When the guest list needs the whole horizon
A full charter takes the entire vessel off the public schedule: three gaming decks, two restaurants, the aft pool arena and every cabin. Your guests board a ship where the crew, the menu, the music and the felt exist for your event alone.
Recent charters have run a 300-guest product launch with a gaming floor as the social engine, a foundation gala that cleared A$220,000 in one night, and a family office celebration spanning three generations. The planning team works from your brief with weekly checkpoints for eight to sixteen weeks.
A vessel that becomes your venue
Total control
Itinerary, menus, styling, entertainment and security bend to your brief. If the liner can do it, it is on the table.
Three gaming decks
Main casino floor, tournament arena and the private salon run simultaneously for different guest tiers.
Event production
Stage, lighting, AV and broadcast capability in the main arena. Launches and galas run to television standard.
Full accommodation
Every cabin from inside rooms to the owner's suite. Overnight charters put the whole manifest to bed aboard.
Security detail
Manifest control, embarkation screening and discreet security for high-profile guests and prize funds.
Dedicated producer
One senior producer owns your charter end to end, with weekly checkpoints from contract to gangway.

From first call to final hand
Brief the producer
Share the occasion, headcount, budget range and must-haves. We respond with a vessel plan and honest pricing.
Contract the date
A signed charter agreement and first payment takes the vessel off the public calendar for your dates.
Build the event
Weekly checkpoints lock the run-sheet: styling, menus, entertainment, gaming format and guest logistics.
Take the ship
Your manifest boards a vessel that exists for your event alone. The producer runs the floor; you work the room.
We launched the product to three hundred dealers on a ship that had our logo on the felt and our colours in the lighting rig. The mainland venues quoted more for less.
How the night unfolds on board
Every sailing is choreographed around the tables. Times shift slightly with the season and the vessel, but the rhythm below is the one our guests know well.
Weeks 1 to 4: design
The producer maps decks to your program and locks the budget. Styling concepts arrive for sign-off.
Weeks 5 to 8: logistics
Menus tasted, entertainment contracted, transport and manifest systems configured for your guest list.
Week 9: final check
The run-sheet is rehearsed with crew leads. Your team walks the vessel and signs off each zone.
Charter day: the vessel is yours
Boarding, event execution and breakdown all run to the sheet. Your producer is on comms until the last guest departs.
